Pace concentrates her practice in the fields of employment law, immigration compliance, OSHA, health care and construction. She defends claims of sexual harassment, employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, wrongful discharge and against charges by the EEOC.
Selden is a partner concentrating his practice in representing a wide variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, employment contracts, matters involving federal agencies such as EEOC and ICE, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, human resources and more. He’s known for literally “writing the law” on wrongful termination in Arizona.
